Refund policy and return of our long within 30 days. If it's been over 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or to return products.
To be eligible return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received. Products also must be in the original packaging.
Some items may not be allowed to return. The perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are commodities private or hygiene, hazardous materials, or liquid or flammable gas.

In order to complete your return, we require you to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please don't send back product to the manufacturer.
There are a number of cases only refund part:

Book has signs of use, clear

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl has been opened

Any product that is no longer in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to causes not from our fault

Any product that is returned after more than 30 days from the date of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned products, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If you request a refund of your approval, we will proceed refund and the refund will automatically be transferred to your credit card or method the original payment within a certain period of time.

If you haven't received your refund, please re-check your own bank account.

Product discounts
Only those products that have price new normal can get a refund. Discount products can not be refund.
Barter
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change the same type of products, please send us an email via the address {email address} and send your product to: {the physical address}.
Gifts
If the product is marked as gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will get credit gift equivalent to the value of the product returned. After the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product is not marked as gift when purchased, or the gift giver requires order be sent to them to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift and they will know about the return of you.
Return shipping
To return the product, you should send products to: {the physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time to returned products to you may be different.
If you are returning products have high value, you can consider using shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the products returned by you.
